In this role, you will lead data integration and migration efforts, working closely with end users, departmental stakeholders, and IT teams to transform data into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for ensuring data accessibility for reporting and system integration, defining business requirements, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing BI strategies. Additionally, you will design, document, and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports, while providing ongoing user support for daily BI reporting needs.The Role: Design, develop, test and implement systems for BI reporting and analysis.Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards or other tools.Data Integration Support.Prepare, maintain BI reporting and analysis documentations.Handle BI and database systems administration while managing a timely flow of business intelligence information to users. Manage upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting of BI systems. Managing the ticketing system, to keep track of open tickets, assigning and sending updates to end-users.Managing projects as assigned along with daily tasks. The Person: 3-6 years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in BI technologies and tools.
