The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise, exceptional customer support, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, the Account Manager will be instrumental in managing and nurturing existing accounts, up-selling and cross selling existing accounts, delivering product demonstrations, providing comprehensive support to clients, and occasionally developing new business opportunities.Maintain and nurture existing business accounts, while upselling and cross selling when possible. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing inquiries and offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and capabilities of our client's software solutions.Deliver technical training sessions to clients, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to maximize the value of our products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to address technical issues and enhance product offerings.Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of Account Management experience within the Industrial Automation industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with CRM software considered an asset.University/College Degree is mandatory. Bilingual English/French.
