This role leads Talent Acquisition as a Center of Excellence (COE) within the People & Organizational Culture department. You'll supervise Talent Specialists, oversee candidate placement, and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new employees. You'll also report on performance using human capital metrics to drive continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. As Senior HR Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of inclusive talent acquisition strategies, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and manage a team of Talent Specialists. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, support onboarding, and champion Talent Acquisition as a Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate: If you are a strategic, positive leader with experience supervising recruitment teams and managing full-cycle hiring in unionized environments. You communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and influence across all levels. You are skilled in sourcing talent, developing networks, and improving placement outcomes. With public sector knowledge and political acumen, you refine recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.
