Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored HR strategies that drive business objectives Lead and optimize HR operations for multiple clients, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, change initiatives, culture-building, and offboarding Conduct research using primary and secondary data sources (interviews, focus groups, surveys, reports, and administrative records) to generate actionable insights. Support proposal development and manage client engagements from planning through completion Oversee practice management activities, including business development, timely invoicing, proposal writing, and project management (setup, timelines, deliverable tracking, stakeholder communication, documentation, and closure) Promote positive, inclusive workplace cultures by supporting engagement programs and advising on leading HR practices Act as a trusted partner and advocate for clients and employees, fostering collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of provincial and federal employment legislation and HR leading practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality CPHR designation or progress toward designation is an asset Strong relationship builder with a service-focused mindset Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently Able to navigate sensitive or complex HR matters with discretion Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
