The Opportunity: Guide and lead delivery of complex projects, multi‑phase work and programs including scope, schedules, bids, budgets, casting and resourcing Accountable for all project financial admin, including vendor and client invoicing and payment Manage and develop producers, coordinators, freelancers Design bespoke workflows, procedures and protocols where necessary Close upsell and extension opportunities Own financial and business outcomes, results, and KPI successes Build trust through accountable, growth‑oriented leadership and clear, empathetic communication. Balance business goals with team needs, navigating challenges and relationships with confidence and clarity. Contribute strategically to business opportunities while staying open, collaborative, and solutions‑focused.
