Join to apply for the Digital Transformation Consultant role at Apex Systems Job Details Job #: 2091450 Position: Digital Transformation Consultant Line of Business / Team: Digital Banking / Digital Agile Operations Duration: Contract to FTE Location: Mostly Remote, 1–2 days/week on-site in Downtown Toronto Required Experience: 5–7+ years in business transformation, Agile ceremonies/lifecycle, executive presentations, process mapping/optimization, technically savvy, and skilled in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, etc. in Jira Summary The Consultant, Transformation, is a key member of the Digital Agile Operations team, accountable for leading and accelerating key operational transformation activities, mapping out our change‑management strategy and ensuring the sustainment of our business transformation. This role focuses on business process optimization/standardization, continuous improvement, and change management, and requires forging strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels across organizations. What You’ll Be Doing Lead key operational transformation initiatives, communicating delivery standards, managing documentation and sustainment, and elevating operations across Delivery & UX and Digital Technology teams. Lead change‑management and continuous‑improvement exercises, collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities and drive operational effectiveness. Develop a sustainable and repeatable change‑management strategy, ensuring success for all team members and minimizing change fatigue. Track and measure KPIs related to transformation initiatives. Create and execute communications plans for launched products and projects. How You’ll Succeed Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices, continuously optimizing delivery processes and implementing monitoring and governance strategies. Work collaboratively and autonomously, contributing to the Digital Agile culture and delivery model, and partnering with leaders across the enterprise.
