Senior Consultant, Document Digitization and Transformation Join to apply for the Senior Consultant, Document Digitization and Transformation role at CIBC We’re building a relationship‑oriented bank for the modern world. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Consultant, Document Digitization and Transformation, you will play a key role in driving the bank’s document automation and AI initiatives. You will deliver a broad range of efficient and cost‑effective operational changes, develop and maintain reporting dashboards, manage controls and digital capacity, and identify new AI opportunities across digitization projects. How You’ll Succeed Understanding and Documenting Requirements – Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions. Solution Design – Build client‑focused solutions that meet business requirements and validate solution design documents. Leading and Mentoring – Support end‑to‑end project implementation and provide guidance to a diverse technology team. Leveraging Tools – Document current/future state, workflow modelling, use‑case analysis and data modelling. Who You Are Tech Savvy – Knowledge of Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, ADO, MS‑Power‑Automate and VBA. Data‑Driven – Investigate complex problems and communicate findings clearly. Detail Oriented – Notice important details and apply critical thinking. Digitally Savvy – Embrace evolving technologies and adapt quickly.
