**Who are you?**

You are an experienced Digital Consultant with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with clients and other business units to drive insights and performance
- Contribute to the successful delivery of digital, data and technology initiatives
- Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements and end-to-end data processes
- Support the development and growth of our digital advisory services, products, capabilities and people to drive business growth
- Identify opportunities for improvement and promote these throughout our teams
- Inspire others through commitment and enthusiasm
- Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance
- Translating client data and digital strategy into clear action plans that make a tangible difference and leading performance improvement initiatives

**Desirable skills and experience**:

- A strong background in the delivery of digital transformation and associated consultancy projects in a relevant sector such as real estate, transport, utilities, power generation, power transmission, manufacturing, defence or central government
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, ability to work autonomously and strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in Data and Digital roles; Data Analyst, Digital Consultant, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Cyber Security, Technology Specialist, System Developer, or equivalent
- Understanding and experience of any of the following topics in a delivery or consulting context is desirable:

- Digital strategy and transformation
- Data strategy including data architecture, modelling, governance, and literacy
- Enterprise architecture principles, methods, and tools
- Business analysis methods and models
- Business intelligence and data analytics
- Transformation office and business change
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
- Working experience in cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, GCP etc.
- Knowledge in data profiling, mining, and statistical modelling
- Experience in extracting, integrating and querying large datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining automated management information and analytics solutions.
- Extensive experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView and Excel.
- Experience in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins and Puppet.
- Experience in designing and developing machine learning solutions using regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, etc.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service.
- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing.

- A degree in one of the following: Computer/ Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, software development, project management or information technology
