We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency that manages tens of millions per month in direct-response ad spending for awesome direct-to-consumer brands.We work with disruptive brands, big budgets, and make crazy ideas come to lifeOur model is built upon the core values of Alignment and Transparency, which means that, unlike traditional agencies that win by charging huge retainers, Pilothouse wins by delivering huge results.Alongside our team of 180+ members spanning Media Buyers, Copywriters, Content Managers, Landing Page Developers, Content Creators, Email & SMS Coordinators, CGC & Influencer Managers, we need a Partnerships Development Representative to join our team and work alongside an amazing group of professionals.REQUIREMENTS:1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development (ideally in a digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environment).Exceptional communication and written skills — persuasive, clear, and concise.Grit and resilience — you’re comfortable handling rejection and pushing through.A self-starter mentality with strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with sales enablement tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:Highly motivated and self-starting attitudeComfortable with cold outreach and prospectingAbility to turn curiosity into meaningful conversationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makersTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Outbound Prospecting:Build and maintain a list of target accounts across various verticals in the eCommerce and DTC space.Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers at high-potential companies.Initiate contact through cold email, LinkedIn, and personalized outreach sequences.Discovery & Qualification:Execute discovery calls to assess prospect pain points, goals, and marketing maturity.Qualify opportunities based on fit, budget, timing, and strategic value.Clearly articulate Pilothouse’s value proposition and services to a wide range of prospects.Pipeline Development:Consistently generate a high volume of top-of-funnel opportunities.Collaborate with the VP Partnerships and other sales team members to refine targeting and messaging strategies.Maintain clean and accurate activity tracking in CRM systems.ABOUT THE POSITIONWhether you’re a self-starter with previous sales experience or you’re eager to break into the digital marketing space, we are looking for someone who thrives in an environment of hustle and high performance. Your role will directly impact Pilothouse’s growth by driving new business and developing relationships with eCommerce and DTC brands.
