At Soliton Interactive, you will work with some of the most exciting technologies in the industry alongside experienced individuals. Job Description We are looking for a Community & Marketing Manager who will work closely with our development team to align marketing efforts alongside our game milestones. Working across multiple projects and in proximity to gameplay developers, you’ll execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and our website. You’ll have the freedom to shape our brand presence across all our platforms. While guidance and support will be available at the strategy level, we need someone ready to jump in, take initiative, and make things happen Responsibilities Owning and growing our social media presence across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, etc.) Designing and producing engaging marketing assets (images, short videos, GIFs, dev updates, etc.) Building and nurturing our player community, responding to feedback, and fostering positive interactions. Collaborating with the dev team to plan and execute marketing campaigns around game updates, launches, and events. Tracking performance of campaigns and social media efforts and iterating based on data. Assisting with outreach to streamers, content creators, and press outlets. Helping define and maintain a consistent tone and style across all communications. Experiences and Skills 2–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or social media (ideally in games or entertainment) Fluency in English a must, bilingual French preferred Proven experience creating marketing assets (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools) Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends Excellent writing and communication skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects Experience with Discord community management, influencer outreach, or game launches is ideal An interest in VR and/or miniature painting is a plus Other Skills Excellent written and oral communication and good interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with various people Ability to work in a team, in person and remotely Ability to prioritize, plan, organize work, manage time, and work on time A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment A go-getter who’s not afraid to experiment, iterate, and learn A strong communicator who can translate game features into compelling stories Passionate about games, especially indie and/or VR titles and their communities What to Send Our Way Your CV and presentation letter.
