Role Description This full‑time Insurance Broker role is an on‑site position located in Burnaby, BC. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ insurance requirements, sourcing appropriate insurance products, liaising with insurance providers, preparing policy quotes, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support clients in understanding their insurance options, manage policy renewals, and address inquiries promptly to ensure clients receive tailored and reliable coverage. Qualifications Insurance knowledge and experience, including processing insurance policies and understanding various coverage options. Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to provide exceptional client experiences. Proficient in detail‑oriented tasks such as documentation, recordkeeping, and resolving policy‑related concerns. Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high volumes of client accounts or policies effectively. Proficiency in using insurance management software and familiarity with office tools. Insurance license or designation (e.g., Level 1 or 2 Insurance License) is required; CIP designation is an asset. Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment and ensure client satisfaction.
