**Duties**
- Assess clients' insurance needs through consultations and discussions to provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively advise clients.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups on client inquiries.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing client accounts effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
