**We are looking** for a personal and friendly Personal Lines Assistant for a full-time position.

**Qualifications**:

- General Insurance Level 2 a must
- 4+ years of experience in Personal Lines
- Experience in using Power Quote and Power Broker an asset
- Good ability to learn new tasks and working knowledge of insurance company’s portals an asset.
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task multiple computer programs at once
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion are important qualities
- Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
- You are highly motivated and a natural at building strong customer relationships
- Preferred understanding of policy wordings/coverages

**Responsibilities**:

- Quoting on new business from in-house leads and referrals
- Customer maintenance of files and assisting Personal Lines Account Managers
- Setting up customers referrals in our CRM system and assigning them
- Communicating with underwriters to ensure coverage and evolving guidelines are met
- Processing all documentation (renewal letters, binders, policies and endorsements, invoices)
- General office duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Team motivation participation

Pay: $60,000.00-$7,000,000.00 per year
