**ABOUT AWRAP**

AWRAP Insurance Services Inc. was founded in 2021 with the purpose of providing premier vehicle replacement coverage options for British Columbians. While the principal coverage is to provide protection for clients after a Total Loss, additional coverages for Partial Loss claims can be included in our products.

We have built strong relationships working with insurance brokerages, dealerships, rental vehicle providers and repair facilities province-wide.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The primary role of Broker Support Representative is to provide knowledgeable, accurate and efficient support to brokerages, agents, dealerships, or colleagues. This includes sales and insurance product training.

The role of a Broker Support Representative is best suited for a friendly individual with strong interpersonal skills, great attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to educate agents about insurance coverages/products.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Secondary School Completion
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- A minimum Level 1 General Insurance License
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Primary responsibilities for Broker Support Representative:

- Provide product and sales training to agents.
- Provide on-going support for brokerages, agents and dealerships.
- Assist in the development of new training materials.
- Monitor sales and performance to identify areas of growth or improvement.
- Must be comfortable being a point of contact for product-related inquiries
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with brokerages and dealerships.
- Provide ground-level insights on the products and feedback from agents, dealerships and clients.
- Manage and accurately file documents and other administrative tasks.

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- During team meetings, Broker Support Representatives are actively encouraged to provide feedback, express ideas, propose potential improvements and contribute to the best practices for assisting clients or operations.
- Broker Support Representatives may develop, propose, or participate in additional projects during the work week with the goal of improving the company, provided all other responsibilities and tasks are attended to and completed satisfactorily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
