Your Impact Coordinate project activities and schedules, overseeing site tasks and deliverables to keep multidisciplinary teams aligned and on track. Support project managers with documentation, reporting, regulatory compliance, QA/QC procedures, and maintaining accurate project records. Assist with overall project planning and execution, including preparing proposals, budgets, resource plans, and task‑level execution plans. Track and manage manpower, equipment use, materials, quantity take‑offs, and vendor/client invoicing, including drafting preliminary pre‑bill reviews. Collect, input, and analyze project cost data, providing progress updates, trend forecasting, and supporting cost‑control measures. Communicate daily with project teams to monitor progress, identify schedule or budget risks, and prepare change orders as required. Support project controls, scheduling, construction coordination, and Health & Safety implementation during on‑site project activities. Assist with estimating functions and contribute to quality assurance workflows to maintain project standards. Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow throughout all project lifecycle stages. Gain hands‑on exposure to construction and environmental project lifecycles, with pathways to project management, field operations, or commercial/financial project roles. The Skills That Set You Apart Experience in project coordination within construction, engineering or environmental sectors. Post secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Sciences, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar). Knowledge of environmental regulations and construction practices is an asset. A proactive mindset and passion for delivering work that matters to communities and clients.
