Job OverviewReporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is accountable for reviewing restaurant and other customer orders and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The emphasis is on accuracy, efficiency, customer service and timely communication with all business partners, including restaurant owners and managers, and all Distribution Centre staff.QualificationsExcellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.Excellent customer service skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal team skills.Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP experience is an asset.Key ResponsibilitiesWork efficiently in a team‑oriented environment ensuring daily mandates and expectations are reached.Receive and process customer orders via Fresh Desk or by phone.Assist customers with restaurant orders and help resolve any issues.Identify and correct order errors.Ensure that orders are downloaded into WMS (warehouse inventory management system).Support restaurants with requests such as late order submission, item inquiry, invoice queries, processing of rush/add‑on orders, and ad hoc requests.Create and process restaurant return authorizations for products being returned to the Distribution Center for credit.Support drop shipments and promotion offerings.Process credits from electronic vouchers.Process 3PL orders.Process international orders.Process marketing, department, and employee orders.BenefitsBenefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
