The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Supply Chain Analyst co-op, come grow with us This is for a 4 month co-op starting January 2026.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This is an opportunity for an individual currently enrolled in a Supply Chain & Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management, or International Business Program. The successful individual will provide essential support to the Commodity Team in advancing continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to strategic projects. This role is ideal for a student in business, supply chain management, sustainability, or data analytics who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a global corporate environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data mining and validating data accuracy
  • Supporting analytical efforts that drive informed decision-making across global supply chain operations.
  • Working through established processes and maintaining critical information such as tariff codes, descriptions, standard cost, and planning data
  • Support inputs into the D365 system for product master data management
  • Assisting in reviewing Purchase Price Variances (PPV), flagging notable findings to the Commodity Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a Supply Chain & Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or International Business Program
  • Strong knowledge of MS office applications (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Naturally analytical and detail-oriented as accuracy of data entry is crucial to this position
  • Comprehend ERP systems, understand how entries triggers movement and other functions/systems
  • Maintain professionalism and demonstrate strong people skills while communicating with other departments, and suppliers
  • Excellent organizational skills
