Continental shift 7 am to 7 pm Job Overview Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this position is accountable for reviewing restaurant and other customer orders and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The emphasis is on accuracy, efficiency, customer service and timely communication with all business partners, including restaurant owners and managers, and all Distribution Centre staff. Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communications skills. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal team skills. Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) –SAP experience is an asset Key Responsibilities Works efficiently in a team-oriented environment ensuring daily mandates and expectations are reached. Receives and processes customer orders via Fresh Desk, or by phone. Assists customers with restaurant orders and helps resolve any issues. Identifies and corrects order errors. Ensures that orders are downloaded into WMS (warehouse inventory management system). Supports restaurants with requests such as late order submission, item inquiry, invoice queries, processing of rush / add-on orders, as well as ad hoc requests. Creates and processes restaurant return authorizations for products being returned to the Distribution Center for credit. Supports with drop shipments and promotion offerings. Process credits from electronic vouchers. Involved in code changes Process 3PL orders Process international orders. Process marketing, department and employee orders.
