Position: Office Administrator - Office ManagerLocation: Whitehorse, YTIndustrial Electric Services is looking for a Full Time Office Administrator and Book Keeper leading into an Office Manager position. The main duties are outlined below:AdministrativeManage electronic and physical filing systemAssist Vice President with administrative tasks such as typing, quotes, managing work schedules, tender submissions, customer correspondenceAnswer telephone and relay messagesGreet customers and carry out over counter transactionsManage emails and correspondenceOrder supplies and maintain inventoryCash handling and over counter transactionsAccounts payable and receivable, including credit controlReconcile bank and account statementsManage credit accounts and applicationsManage bank accounts, cash flow, petty cash and card transactionsProcess PayrollExperience/Skills RequiredExtensive computer experience with Microsoft Office PackageKnowledge of Sage Business Vision, or other Sage packages desirableStrong communication skills both oral and in writing;Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy;Ability to provide strong customer serviceAbility to work independently and use initiativeAbility to work in a team environment.Strong administrative support skills and abilitiesGood organizational skills.Experienced multi-tasker and self-directed problem solverAbility to manage multiple priorities, while providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.Rate of pay will be based on work experience.
