**LOCATION**: Whitehorse, YT

**POSITION STATUS**: Permanent, Full Time

***:Reporting directly to the Administration Manager of Klondike Office Systems (KLD) the Service Technician is primarily responsible for service and maintenance of all photocopier equipment as well as hardware and software installations for KLD and its clients.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must be punctual and present oneself in a professional, presentable manner at all times
- Must have the ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
- Cross cultural awareness
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member
- Willing to be trained and learn independently keeping up to date with the latest technology
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, basic mathematical and word processing skills
- Completion of a two
- to three-year college program in electronics or completion of a four-year apprenticeship program in electronic servicing and repair or completion of high school or college courses in electronics and on-the-job training is required.
- A valid Class 5 Divers License with a clean drivers abstract is an asset
- Previous photocopier technician experience considered an asset
- Technical aptitude is considered an asset
- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
