Organizational Change & Process Re‑Engineering: Serve as the internal consultant and leader for systemic process re‑engineering efforts. Lead the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma principles not just for incremental gain, but to fundamentally redesign workflows and organizational structure to unlock new levels of performance. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and develop plant personnel, fostering a positive, accountable, and high‑performing work environment. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between operations and the broader business (Sales, Administration, Senior Leadership) to ensure production goals are aligned with market demand and strategic objectives. We are looking for a leader with strong communication, organizational, and team‑building abilities, supported by a proven track record of elevating performance, engagement, and accountability across production teams. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a significant asset. Current—or immediately attainable—WHMIS and comprehensive safety training are required. Ultimately, we are searching for a results‑oriented, decisive, and analytical leader committed to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the Dartmouth facility. At Venor and Truefoam, we embrace a culture of belonging in the workplace. No matter who you are, where you’re from, how you think, what you believe in, or who you love, we welcome your application.
