_**We are hiring a Manager in Training for our Thriftys by Bluenotes location in Mic Mac Mall.**_

**What you need to be a successful Manager in Training with Thriftys by Bluenotes.**
- 1+ years' experience in a customer service and/ or retail environment with minimum 6 months in a leadership role.
- Confident in delivering the best customer experience possible. You are a leading example for others to follow.
- Goal orientated - understands and is eager to achieve sales objectives.
- Support the Management team in holding the associates accountable to their maximum potential.
- Play a key role in building a team of fashion obsessed brand ambassadors, reflecting the Thriftys brand lifestyle.
- Must be eager to learn, demonstrate initiative, and ready to grow into an influential leader.
