We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.Job Duties :Provide consulting services for employers, understand their human resources needs and design solutionsAdvise employers on recruitment, workforce planning, compensation and promotion structures development, labour relations, training and performance management and other aspects of human resourcesConduct recruitment activities on behalf of employers, including developing job descriptions, posting advertisements, identifying appropriate candidates, drafting job offers and explaining and negotiating agreement terms, etc.Grow employers’ talent pipelines, collect data on recruitment pipeline and maintain candidate database for future referenceConduct research employment standards, OHS or other relevant legislation and policies to make informed decisionsDevelop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and regulations regarding employment standards, recruitment, compensation, pay and benefitsQualifications :A college diploma in human resources management or a related field such as business administrationA minimum of three years of experience in human resources related fieldExperience with the various recruitment methodsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteIf this position fits your career progression, please send a resume to .
