What You Will Be Doing Supporting customers through the buying cycle of Traction’s suite of products Working with partners such as Salesforce, system integrators and Dun and Bradstreet to effectively sell Working with buyers to develop a customer fit through demos, qualification, presales, customer success, & product teams Working with BDRs for your territory plan to be effective and efficient to drive your numbers Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers Map executive stakeholders in cycles to uncover champions, seller higher into organization and de-risk deals using Complete Influence Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation Mentor junior AEs through training/development programs, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and professional development Striving to meet and exceed quota targets What You Bring 5+ years in a client facing, quota-carrying role in high tech B2B SaaS, with experience in Enterprise sales Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen Proven success working with executive stakeholders Bonus points for formalized sales training Working in partner ecosystems to support a direct sales model will be an asset Ability to multitask in a super fast paced environment Willingness and passion to quickly learn skills and knowledge that you don’t currently possess, having a growth mindset Desire to be the best at what you do Compensation Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The starting salary band for this role is $90,000 - 110,000 CAD. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
