The Lead Carpenter will oversee and participate in all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, finish carpentry, and use of both hand and power tools. Responsibilities include supervising construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and objectives. The role may also involve reading and interpreting blueprints and plans, managing materials, and providing training and guidance to apprentices or junior carpenters.QualificationsProficiency in Carpentry and Finish CarpentryExperience with Power Tools and Hand ToolsKnowledge and skills in Framing and related structural workStrong leadership and teamwork abilitiesAttention to detail and commitment to safety practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPhysical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, standing, and use of toolsPrevious supervisory or leadership experience is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
