- Plan and execute construction projects according to specifications
- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other construction workers
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, or other materials
- Construct decks and fences from wood and/or composite materials
- Knowledge of current construction methods, stair building, building code requirements, etc.
- Repair or restore existing structures as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license

- Power tools
- Drywall installation/repair
- Assembly of structures and furniture
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs/maintenance
- Flooring installation (e.g., hardwood, laminate)
- Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers)
- Roofing installation/repair
- Concrete forming/pouring
- Restoration work (e.g., water damage repair)
- Construction painting
