**Full Job Description**:
Lead Carpenter - Commercial/Multifamily Renovations and New Construction

Mon-Thursday (10 Hour days)

Bosk Construction Inc. is a locally owned construction company seeking a Lead Carpenter to support the growing needs of our business. Individuals who value a positive and collaborative work environment and who are eager to build on their existing skills are encouraged to apply.

Applicants for this position should have the skill and knowledge to complete the following tasks:

- Framing
- Structural repair
- Window and door installation
- Interior trim
- Demo, prep & project set up
- General concrete knowledge (not mandatory)
- Collaborating with subcontractors

A general understanding of electrical, plumbing and other trades is valued.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Class 5 driver’s license (required)
- Class 3 driver’s license an asset
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience
- Proficient with technology and software programs
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Self-starting and able to problem-solve
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Attention to details

**Expectations**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Practice excellent communication skills
- Work efficiently both individually and in a team environment
- Be responsible for job site safety, security and cleanliness
- Maintain a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$77,000.00 per year
