Arobas Personnel is seeking a Senior IT Advisor for a contract opportunity with one of our clients in Montreal or Brossard. *Remote : Hybrid- 2 days/week in the office* What your day-to-day will look like You will play a strategic role in optimizing IT operations and ensuring seamless transitions from project delivery to operational support, while driving continuous improvement across infrastructure processes. Key responsibilities Optimize and standardize infrastructure operational processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and overall IT performance. Support the transition of projects into operations by establishing clear standards and participating in handover and transition activities. Evaluate existing processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making. Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and internal partners to align priorities and execution. Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools to track project progress and operational performance. Required qualifications Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written). Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in IT project management and incident coordination within operational environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Nice to have Knowledge of ITIL best practices or equivalent frameworks.
