Senior Advisor – Infrastructure (Projects and Operations) We are looking for a Senior IT Advisor to support the Infrastructure Management team in coordinating and optimizing technology activities. This key role ensures smooth operations, effective project management, and proactive incident resolution in collaboration with IT teams and business units. Key Responsibilities: Operational Process Optimization: Define, improve, and harmonize infrastructure processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance of IT operations. Transition to Operations: Establish standards and ensure a smooth handover of projects to operations by participating in transition meetings. Continuous Improvement: Assess current processes and propose improvement opportunities. Communication and Simplification: Translate technical concepts into clear language to facilitate stakeholder understanding and support decision-making. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business units, and internal partners to ensure alignment of actions and priorities.
