From on-street operations and digital mobility solutions to last-mile logistics and urban space optimization, we are transforming how cities move.We are currently seeking a Part-Time Mobile Ambassador for our Toronto Pearson Airport location. The Mobile Ambassador is responsible for monitoring the parking facilities by circulating regularly in a company vehicle. They will assist customers with a variety of add-on services while monitoring.ResponsibilitiesGreet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiriesSupport customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipmentParticipate in monitoring the vicinity by circulating regularly in a company vehicleIdentify and issue violation tickets to vehicles that are, but not limited to, illegally parked or in violation of parking or traffic rules as prescribed by the airportSupport and communicate directly with the supervisor on all necessary tasksCommunicate and coordinate with various departments when required for customer assistance and/or parking facility maintenanceSupport customers in cases of technical machine errorsConduct space counts to coordinate the closing or opening of parking areasSet up and remove all temporary signage in parking lotsComplete daily maintenance reports and plansKeep parking areas and sidewalks safe and free of hazards and debrisOther duties as requiredWorking ConditionsHourly Salary: $18.81Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions with frequent exposure to varying temperaturesMust be able to lift and push up to 50 lbs.Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of timeWhat Are We Looking For?Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid G license and a clean driving recordMinimum 2–3 years of customer service experience is requiredBilingualism (English and French) is a strong assetStrong communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedbackProven customer service-oriented attitudeExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervisionExceptional time management and organizational capabilitiesResults-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relationsThe composition of Indigo's workforce reflects a wide variety of ages, profiles, and roles.
