Who is CarInspect? CarInspect is a fast-growing startup based in Montreal and a leading mobile vehicle inspection company in North America. Our mission is to help businesses handle vehicle inspections—a recurring need but non-core part of their operations—more efficiently and reliably. Our marketplace connects inspection requesters (both businesses and individuals) with certified inspectors and mechanics across North America, offering multiple types of inspection services. Founded in 2022, we now serve clients in Canada and the United States, with a goal of doubling our revenue by 2026. This role requires being comfortable coming to the office at least three days a week. We’re looking for someone who genuinely fits our culture and wants to become a long-term pillar of CarInspect. What you’ll do? You will work closely with Meryl, Head of Customer Success, and be responsible for managing and growing key B2B accounts. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an excellent B2B customer experience Ensure smooth day-to-day operations (inspector dispatch, inspection follow-up) Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients Monitor service quality and ensure KPIs are met Operational coordination Communicate daily with inspectors (phone-first when it’s the most efficient) Anticipate operational issues and address them proactively Act as a bridge between clients, inspectors, and internal teams Process & product improvement Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and platforms Participate in the evolution of inspection reports and client-facing deliverables Share client and field feedback to improve our service offering Who We’re Looking For First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who fits our culture and startup mindset. Adaptable: comfortable with change and fast-moving environments Action-oriented: you prioritize execution, move quickly, and iterate rather than overanalyze Results-driven: you care about outcomes and consistently meet your KPIs Solution-oriented: you bring solutions, not problems Curious: always eager to learn, discover, and understand new things Positive and energetic: you bring optimism and constructive energy to the team Proactive: you anticipate issues and take initiative before being asked Comfortable on the phone: speaking daily with inspectors is part of the job (most communication is done by email/text message) Language Native or fully fluent in English (5/5) Nice to have (not deal breakers) Experience in Customer Success or Account Management (especially B2B) Experience working in a startup environment Automotive interest or familiarity Experience living or working in the U.S. or with U.S.-based clients Speaking/understanding French is an asset How to apply?
