Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant at ALTA Canada, located in Montreal, QC. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage financial operations including preparing financial statements, managing accounts, budgeting, handle cashflows, AR/AP and more.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and preparation of financial statements
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing processes, and compliance
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA designation is highly desirable
  • Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus
