Joint Venture Partner / Managing DirectorWe’re searching for a Joint Venture Partner / Managing Director on behalf of our client, a leader in the construction industry. Do you have entrepreneurial experience with an ability to launch and manage successful businesses, preferably in construction or real estate? If yes, then this could be the role for you.Reporting to the founders, the successful candidate will spearhead business operations and growth in Vancouver, ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and strategic goals. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with executives and a backend services team to drive business objectives. Initially, this position will require a hands-on approach as an individual contributor, taking on key business development responsibilities and directly contributing to the company’s growth until the team scales.As Joint Venture Partner / Managing Director, this position will identify new business opportunities, forge partnerships, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.If you’re a leader with a solid understanding of business development, financial management, and operational efficiency, with a strong willingness to go beyond a student mentality and embrace continuous learning and growth, we invite you to apply.All responses are sent to Waterstone Human Capital.
