Job description: Lead a high-precision CNC machining operation and make a real impact This is more than a supervisory role — it’s a chance to drive performance, empower teams, and deliver complex components to demanding industries. Your Mission Own both strategy and day-to-day operations of the machining department. Ensure precision, safety, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally, develop talent, and implement systems that make the operation stronger and leaner. What You’ll Do Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and on-time delivery Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards Collaborate across functions to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operations What You Bring 5+ years manufacturing leadership (CNC machining preferred) Expertise in scheduling, shop-floor operations, and team development Strong safety, compliance, and quality knowledge (AS9100, ISO9001 a plus) Technical understanding of machine tools and machining practices Data-driven, improvement-focused, and results-oriented Join us and lead a team where precision, performance, and people come first
