We're looking for an Aerospace Business Development Manager with proven industry expertise, a strong network, and the ability to turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Business DevelopmentBuild, maintain, and expand relationships with aerospace customersSpearhead promotional material development to strengthen market presenceIdentify potential customers and leverage industry connections to establish new contactsPrepare and present competitive project quotesAdvocate internally for customer needs to ensure expectations are met or exceededProject ManagementGather and organize all job data and specificationsDefine timelines and add projects to the company scheduleCollaborate with the Plant Manager to establish schedule prioritiesMonitor job progress, meeting regularly with Supervisors to keep projects on trackTroubleshoot challenges to maintain delivery timelinesActively participate in daily production meetingsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of proven success in the aerospace industryStrong existing network within aerospace OEMs, suppliers, and decision-makersTechnical post-secondary educationExperience preparing custom quotes using CAD dataSolid understanding of aerospace design and manufacturing processesDemonstrated project management skills, with a history of delivering on scheduleStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (TBD based on experience)Comprehensive medical benefitsPaid vacationThe opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing team shaping the future of aerospace manufacturingIf you have the experience, network, and drive to grow aerospace business opportunities, we want to hear from you.
