Chef d'Équipe - Installation de Balcons, Rampes, Structures Métalliques, Escaliers. La compagnie GAGNÉ MÉTAL est à la recherche d'un candidat qualifié pour gérer notre équipe d'installateurs. Le candidat devra faire preuve d'initiative et de sens des responsabilités pour installer des escaliers, balcons et rampes conformément aux plans et aux pièces préfabriquées fournies, tout en étant capable d'effectuer des travaux de soudure. Qualifications requises : Expérience en gestion d'équipe d'au moins 3 ans (obligatoire) Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la construction et de la rénovation (obligatoire) Carte CCQ valide ou préqualification pour l'obtention de la carte CCQ, nécessaire pour réaliser des travaux sur divers chantiers dans la région de Montréal Compétences nécessaires : Capacité à travailler en équipe Attitude positive et initiative Autonomie dans la prise de décisions adaptées à chaque situation Conditions de travail : Rémunération compétitive selon l'expérience, dans le respect de l'échelle salariale de la CCQ, jusqu'à 45,00 $ de l'heure Autres avantages offerts Temps plein, 40 heures par semaine Horaire : 8 heures par jour (de 6h30 à 15h00), du lundi au vendredi Localisation : Montréal, QC H1E 3R2 Le candidat doit être capable de se rendre sur le lieu de travail ou prévoir un déménagement avant d’occuper le poste (obligatoire). Langue : La maîtrise de l'anglais est souhaitée.
