Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career?  Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Full-Time Server Assistant to join our d|bar team who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do

About the role:

d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud is located in the historic Village of Yorkville, Toronto's most luxurious shopping and dining district. With an impressive view of Yorkville Avenue, this lively cocktail bar in Toronto is the perfect place for a drink before or after your meal, or make d|bar the evening's destination and choose from a menu of casual fare that's ideal for sharing.
 

The Server Assistant aids the Server in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to d|bar standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

What you will bring:

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to d|bar standards and learn the sequence of service is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request

Smart Serve certification is a must.

Additional preferred qualifications & skills:

  • At minimum 1 year previous Server Assistant/Bus Person experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
  • Additional language a definite asset for career growth
