We are a small,15 year old company with operations in the US and Canada, that puts Family and Team first. Working full-time at the head office/warehouse in Pincher Creek is required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing general office support, helping all departments in achieving their goals
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence letters, agreements and contracts
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls, and messages
  • Order office supplies
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong technical skills including use of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Exceptional organization and follow through to ensure completion of daily tasks
  • Effectively works both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

The Right Candidate:

  • Communicates well on the phone
  • Works well with a team & has a friendly attitude
  • Can type quickly and communicates well via email
  • Enjoys talking to multiple people per day
  • Is able to multi-task and is computer savvy
  • Can work full time at the office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
