Do you excel at building client relationships and driving business growth in a fast-paced digital agency environment? Are you skilled at identifying opportunities, shaping strategic solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process? As an Account Executive, you’ll collaborate closely with our teams to lead prospective client communications, develop proposals and pitches, support strategic planning, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Join us and play a key role in expanding our client partnerships across North AmericaIn your role as Account Director, you will be expected to:Secure opportunities with public and private sector clients in Canada and the United States, including web design and development projects, ongoing evolution and support retainers, and growth and value oriented audits and training opportunitiesLeverage both inbound leads and plan and conduct outbound activities through proactive and creative prospectingWork with technology and sales partners to jointly develop leads and opportunitiesManage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to answering RFIs/RFPs & pitching to contract negotiation, with a focused and cadenced sales cycle.Own a revenue target that will directly contribute to company revenue objectivesAct as a strategic advisor to clients, sharing industry trends, insights, and best practices to help clients stay competitive.Develop and approve briefs for projects, providing guidance and direction to account and project teamsAttend industry events on a regular basis, both in Montreal and across North America, leveraging industry and prospect knowledge to build a community around our workLead and participate in presentations and other activities to enhance agency-client relationshipsProvide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadershipForecast and track key account metrics, reporting on account status and opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of account activities, using CRM tools and reporting on customer insights.Minimum of 7 years' experience in an agency setting or in professional servicesExceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs in the context of agency servicesProven track record in growing new businessProficient in digital best practices, technologies, and trends - a plus if you have experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other open source technologiesExperience managing client relationships and acting as an escalation pointComfortable with public speaking, event participation, and presentationsTrack record of setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in both French and EnglishWhat’s in It for You?A competitive compensation with a mix of base salary + commission (up to 150K base and up to 100K comission, depending on experience)A diverse, multilingual team that is fun, collaborative, and supportive.A beautiful office in less than five minutes from the Mont Royal metro station plus one home office day per week.Interesting benefits, health benefits, and a strong work-life balance.A culture that values learning, creativity, and mentorship.Opportunity to travel and build an incredible professional network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
