Position: Sr. Sales Executive, P.S Dynamics 365 Position Type: Permanent No. of Positions: 1 Location: Toronto (REMOTE) Description This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead the full enterprise sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft cloud services. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and a passion for driving business value through digital transformation. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you’ll own a pipeline of strategic opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, co-sell with Microsoft field teams, and close complex multi-workstream deals—including licenses, implementation services, and managed support. This is a quota-carrying role with significant OTE and a comprehensive benefit package. Responsibilities Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, BC) and adjacent Microsoft cloud solutions. Develop and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, Microsoft co-sell, events, and partner referrals. Lead C-level discovery to quantify pain points, build ROI/TCO models, and develop tailored business cases by industry. Orchestrate cross-functional resources—including solution architects, SMEs, and delivery leads—for demos, POCs, RFPs, and executive briefings. Build and execute competitive sales strategies and pursue plans for multi-stream license and services deals. Collaborate closely with Microsoft account teams, ISVs, and Azure Marketplace to drive joint opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecast with precision using MEDDICC/BANT methodologies. Expand landed accounts through cross-sell/upsell motions involving Power Platform, Copilot/AI, Fabric, and managed services. Must-have qualifications 8+ years of enterprise software/services sales experience, including 3+ years selling Dynamics 365 (F&O/SCM or CE/BC) within a partner or SI environment. Proven track record of meeting $2M+ annual services quotas and license revenue targets. Demonstrated success in winning competitive deals against vendors such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or NetSuite. Deep understanding of formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC), complex deal structures, and procurement cycles. Financial fluency in building TCO/ROI business cases aligned to executive priorities. Nice-to-have qualifications Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and written communication. Familiarity with Microsoft Co-Sell, Partner Center, ISV solutions, and the Azure Marketplace. Industry focus (e.g., manufacturing, retail, life sciences) and bilingualism (French/English) are considered strong assets. We thank all candidates in advance.
