Overview Sr. Sales Executive role at ACROBiosystems. Job summary The Sr. Sales Executive will lead commercial activities in Eastern Canada (Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec). You will contribute to company goals and customer needs, develop key customers, increase the territory’s customer base, build customer relationships, and provide comprehensive support. You will apply knowledge of drug product development pipelines, including cell and gene therapy, vaccines, antibodies, and small molecules. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Manage commercial activities through customer-facing visits, presentations, phone calls, and e-mails in both English and French. Work with managers and executives to develop and execute territory sales plans. Extend and develop relationships with existing and potential customers in both English and French. Understand and communicate with customers technically in both English and French. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support, and other internal teams. Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events as necessary. Travel within the territory 50-60% of the time. Other projects or responsibilities may be required. Minimum Qualifications – Education And Experience Bilingual in English and French Canadian. Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related discipline. 2+ years of related bioindustry experience developing, manufacturing, or using recombinant proteins. 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in the life science industry. Must reside within approximately 40 minutes driving distance of Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC. Preferred Qualifications – Education And Experience Master’s degree or higher in a related field. Broad technical understanding in cell biology and molecular biology with the ability to describe workflows related to antibody therapeutics and cell and gene therapeutics. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to understand and apply scientific concepts in a sales process. Ability to explain and sell the technical aspects of ACROBiosystems’ portfolios. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and with teams. Passion to positively promote and drive success on company initiatives.
