About Beaumont With a population of more than 118,000, Beaumont, Texas, is located in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, on the Neches River, about 85 miles east of Houston, the nation's fourth largest city. Beaumont has been a home to the oil industry from the days of the Spindletop oil boom until today, and along with nearby Port Arthur and Orange, is part of the Golden Triangle industrial area on the Texas Gulf Coast. What role you will play in our team The Process Advisor will be responsible for leading and implementing LEAN manufacturing principles and practices at an operating site. This role will focus on LEAN system structure, identifying opportunities for process improvement, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LEAN methodologies and a proven track record of driving successful LEAN transformations. Strong performance in this role enables additional opportunities across regional operations. What you will do Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Assess & Coach multiple levels of organization including culture & leadership tactics Lead and facilitate LEAN initiatives and projects to improve manufacturing processes Conduct value stream mapping and process analysis to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement LEAN tools and techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma Train and mentor employees on LEAN principles and practices Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts Monitor & report on the progress of LEAN initiatives & impact on KPIs Identify and eliminate waste in all forms, including time, materials, and resources About You Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in a LEAN manufacturing including Supervisory role Consumer Product Packaging Experience preferred Strong knowledge of LEAN principles, tools, and techniques Proven experience in leading LEAN transformations and process improvement projects Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment LEAN Six Sigma certification is a plus Your Benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
