Join to apply for the Territory Manager role at Husqvarna Group.Territory: Vancouver Island and Vancouver Lower Mainland Area.The Territory Manager is part of the Canada Sales team and adds value for Husqvarna and its dealers by cultivating a business relationship that facilitates each dealer’s growth, optimum performance, and success. The Territory Manager is responsible for securing and developing new dealers that help meet sales and market‑share goals for the territory. This position will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, as well as service the dealer base. The role requires front‑of‑house customer engagement to present products, promotional programs, etc. Required travel is up to 60% with overnight stays.What You Need to KnowDevelop a plan to increase company brand position in the assigned territory.Gain dealer commitment & orders.Make planned dealer calls and chronicle discussions and outcomes in CRM.Demonstrate equipment and provide product application learning opportunities. Able to lift 40‑50 lbs to demo and set up trade shows.Facilitate the success of sales, marketing, and promotional campaigns.Acquaint dealers with the latest selling techniques.Monitor dealer inventory levels and drive business adjustments as required.Represent Husqvarna at trade, industry, and dealer shows.What We Are Looking ForMinimum of high school degree or equivalent; Associates Degree Preferred.Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in high performance sales environment.Lives in a location within the assigned territory that logically serves our customers.Prior sales experience in industries that have shown dramatic growth and volume in sales, such as appliance, agricultural equipment, power tool, electronics, consumer durables, construction equipment, or power sports businesses.Prior dealer/distributor sales experience preferred.Proven sales performer with excellent negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and translate expert knowledge into practical solutions to maintain successful relationships with dealers and customers.Demonstrated understanding of market positioning from both financial and product viewpoints.Demonstrated knowledge and passion for learning extensively about outdoor power equipment and the industry to represent the Husqvarna brand effectively to dealers.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop high quality working relationships internally and externally.Strong planning and organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced work environment.Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and master other in‑house programs that track sales and customer relations.Last date to applyWe are continuously accepting applications.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesMechanical or Industrial Engineering, Consumer Goods, and Automotive #J-18808-Ljbffr
