Position Overview: As a Territory Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. You'll lead a team of 8-14 employees, manage territory sales, oversee inventory and supplies, and ensure top-notch customer service. This position is ideal for individuals seeking valuable management experience and who thrive in dynamic environments.

**Compensation**: Starting at $21/hr + Tips & Bonus Incentives

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Training and managing a team
- Recruitment and hiring
- Conducting barbecue cleaning and repairs
- Sales and inventory management
- Interacting with customers
- Handling customer concerns
- Monitoring employee and territory performance
- Motivating and leading teams to success
- Achieving set targets and goals

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel throughout your territory
- Experience in leadership and customer service.
- Sales and marketing experience to promote our service and hit targets.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Physical stamina for outdoor work
