We’re expanding our team and are currently hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants in our Banking/Financial/Accounting division. We have the infrastructure and support with the best team in the industry, to accelerate your career OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with 360° responsibilities to drive client development, candidate sourcing and end-to-end recruitment in Banking, Financial Services, and Accounting. Responsibilities You have the drive to be successful and build out your book of business with our support and infrastructure. Lead a 360-recruitment process: client prospecting and management, sourcing and assessing candidates, and developing and managing relationships to ensure a successful recruitment process. Develop and leverage a network to bring on new clients and opportunities. Understand client needs to ensure successful placements. Identify and present strong candidates for next career steps. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates; demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
