Job Description: Partner with some of Canada and US most well‑known technology companies to help them grow their business. Drive business development activities including building sales funnels, market mapping, and attending external events. Network with top technology talent including Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, and Product leaders to help them build their careers. Source, qualify, and advise candidates for specific job openings. Effectively manage a database of candidates. We are a motivated group of recruiters who are truly passionate about what we do, and we have a lot of fun doing it. Requirements: 3-6 years experience in business consulting, sales, recruitment, or a technical background (software engineering, data science, or projects). We are looking for an individual that can be efficient in task management, take ownership over their function, and consider themselves a relationship builder.
