We're assisting our client, a
global financial services leader
, in the search for an
Associate, Transformation Strategy
to support a high-priority strategic initiative within the Canadian business.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a consultant or strategist with experience driving transformation programs, operating model design, or cross-functional alignment.

About the Role

As part of the strategy and transformation team, you'll help advance an enterprise-level initiative focused on aligning Canadian operations with global priorities. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Canada and the U.S., synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, and support executive-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    strategic planning and transformation workstreams
    by structuring and tracking progress across multiple initiatives.
  • Conduct
    research, analysis, and synthesis
    to inform business cases, operating model options, and roadmap recommendations.
  • Prepare
    executive-ready presentations and summaries
    that distill complex topics into concise insights.
  • Partner with
    cross-functional and cross-border teams
    to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with external consulting partners, coordinating deliverables and ensuring integration of workstreams.
  • Contribute to
    change management and communication efforts
    that enable successful implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years
    of experience in
    management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation
    , ideally within a
    Big 4 or Tier-2 consulting firm
    .
  • Exposure to
    operating model design, strategic planning, or organizational transformation
    .
  • Exceptional
    presentation and storytelling skills
    , able to convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills; comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    PowerPoint and Excel
    ; familiarity with
    Power BI or Tableau
    is an asset.
