Your Role As a Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our technology practice. You’ll manage a full-cycle 360° Recruitment desk, balancing business development, client relationship management, and candidate delivery, while contributing to the strategic growth of the vertical. Core Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion Identify, engage, and grow new client relationships across technology-driven sectors. Partner with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and participate in market penetration initiatives. Deliver market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent-mapping services to position Robertson as a trusted advisor. Build cornerstone accounts through consultative, relationship-based engagement. Recruitment Delivery & Candidate Management Source, attract, and assess high-caliber Technology professionals using advanced sourcing tools and AI platforms. Manage the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. Present qualified shortlists, negotiate offers, and advise candidates throughout their career journey. Leadership & Professional Growth Collaborate with experienced Team Leads and benefit from hands‑on mentoring and training to refine your 360° desk capability leading to increased earning potential. Coach and mentor junior recruiters, sharing market knowledge and best practices. Participate in cross‑vertical planning sessions, contributing ideas and insights to shape growth strategies. Data-Driven Operations Utilize Bullhorn ATS, HubSpot CRM, and call management systems to enhance productivity and pipeline visibility. Maintain data integrity and leverage analytics to track performance, conversion ratios, and ROI. Support a data‑driven, accountable culture that celebrates both individual and team success.
