We are looking for a Docker Administrator to join our client's team, an international bank based in Montreal. Your Main Responsibilities: Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Ensure the availability and performance of the platform, investigate and resolve issues. Obsolescence & Patching: Apply patches and updates to maintain system integrity. Vulnerability Management: Identify and mitigate security risks. Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (Bash/Shell, Python) to improve operational efficiency. • Change Management: Apply ITIL principles for structured operations. Collaboration with Build Team: Work closely with the Build team responsible for developing and evolving the solution. Global Team & Work Structure: The RUN team ensures operational follow-up, while the Build team develops the solution. The team operates across three regions: Bangalore, Paris, and Montreal (Americas). Follow-the-sun support model: Each region handles operations during its working hours. On-Call & Weekend Operations: On-call duty from 6 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Thursday), rotating every 5 weeks. Global on-call duty from Friday evening to Sunday evening, rotating among team members. One weekend per month dedicated to infrastructure operations. Ideal Profile: 5+ years of experience in Systems administration Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes & Linux (Bash/Shell). Experienced using Python for scripting, automation and development Experience in troubleshooting, scripting, and running commands in an operational context. Familiarity with ITIL & Change Management principles. CKA certification is a plus. Work conditions: Candidate must be located or willing to relocate to Montreal Hybrid: 4 days a week on-site English fluency / French is a plus but not mandatory
