Supply Chain Business Process Specialist Reference #31756 Waterdown, Ontario About the Role As a key contributor on the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Process and Analytics team, the individual leverages diverse SCM experience and well‑developed business acumen to enable ever‑increasing levels of performance within the SCM organization. A relentless pursuit of continuous improvement across Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Receiving, Stores, and Logistics provides an endless pipeline of opportunity to create the future, innovating today for a better tomorrow. Through these efforts, the SCM Business Process Specialist engages at all levels, peers on their direct team, and individuals outside the SCM function to ensure solutions satisfy the ongoing needs of the business. Primary Responsibilities Complete annual Business Process Management System (BPMS) reviews and necessary updates Conduct BPMS process spot checks and in‑depth audits Participate in GEMBA and help develop solutions which address root causes of challenges Review performance data and ad‑hoc feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Lead development of new processes and revisions to existing processes to satisfy changing business needs Simplify processes wherever possible to assist with resource efficiency and process adherence Model and support process and regulatory compliance Contribute to the ideation and development of data analytics tools, reports, and dashboards Assist with introducing process changes and with training of functional subject matter experts Required Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly energized, self‑starting, results‑oriented problem solver Process or technical writing experience Demonstrated history of applying lean tools to drive continuous improvement Strong understanding of SCM business processes within ISO/AS9100 registered organizations Experience & Education Requirements CSCP certification or equivalent 4–6+ years wide‑ranging supply chain management experience University degree Diverse ERP system experience Internal auditing experiencePresentation creation and delivery at all levels of the organization EEO Statement At L3Harris, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
